Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services of Right On Time Billing Services (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Client”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Services Provided
We offer medical billing services, including but not limited to:
- Medical coding
- Claim submission
- Payment posting
- Patient invoicing
- Revenue cycle management
Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete information necessary for billing services.
- Obtain necessary consents from patients for the use and disclosure of their health information.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to healthcare services.
Fees and Payment Terms
- Fee Structure: Our fees are based on a percentage of monthly revenue.
- Payment Terms: Invoices are issued monthly and are payable within 15 days of receipt.
- Late Payments: Late payments may incur a late fee after 30 days past due.
Confidentiality and Data Security
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of all client and patient information in compliance with HIPAA and other applicable laws. Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information to unauthorized individuals or entities.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount of fees paid by the Client for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Term and Termination
- Term: This agreement is effective from the date of acceptance and continues until terminated by either party.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Termination does not relieve the Client of obligations to pay for services rendered up to the termination date.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in the State of Wyoming.
Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
SMS Consent Communication
Types of SMS Communications: If you have consented to receive text messages from Right On Time Billing Services, you may receive messages related to:
- Appointment reminders
- Follow-up messages
- Billing inquiries
Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 2 SMS messages per week regarding your appointments or account status.
Potential Fees for SMS Messaging: Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.
Opt-In Method: You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from Right On Time Billing Services in the following ways:
- Verbally, during a conversation
- By submitting an online form
- By filling out a paper form
Opt-Out Method: You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply “STOP” to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list.
